Service Strengthens Communities

Service is an important part of Scouting. Scouts learn that helping others matters and that even small acts can make a real difference.

Pack 152 service projects may include food drives, community cleanups, support for local organizations, conservation work, school or neighborhood projects, and other good turns that fit the needs of our community.

Family Participation

Service projects work best when families participate together. Parents and guardians help Scouts understand the purpose of the project, stay safe, and celebrate the impact of their work.

Do a Good Turn

The Scout slogan is Do a Good Turn Daily. Service projects are one way we practice that idea as a pack, but Scouts are encouraged to look for everyday ways to be helpful at home, school, and in the community.
